Every session is supported by a dedicated team, on location and in post-production, including colour and retouching specialists, ensuring the same standard across every collection, from an intimate portrait to a large scale celebration.

1. What does the path from inquiry to the delivery of photos involve?
An inquiry, including the preferred date and a short description of what is envisioned, leads to pricing and collection details tailored to the session.
Once confirmed, the process moves into a formal contract, secured by a deposit. Pre-session planning comes next, with the remaining balance due before the session itself.
From there, the session and post-production take place, ending with delivery through a private online gallery.
2. What happens during pre-session planning?
Every booking includes pre-session planning, where the overall concept takes shape, from needs and preferences to the flow of the day, locations, and styling. This can take place by email, online meeting, or in person.
Each session is individually crafted around what matters most, to make everything come together naturally on the day.
3. Where are sessions available?
Sessions are available in Helsinki, throughout Finland, and across Europe.
A travel fee applies outside Helsinki and is calculated individually upon inquiry.
4. What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
We do everything possible to make sure the weather never becomes an obstacle. Alongside the locations planned for your session, we also prepare an alternative set, tailored individually for each booking, so we can move seamlessly between them.
5. How are photographs selected, and how many of them will I receive?
After the shoot, our team carefully reviews the full set of images and curates the final collection. These are then passed to a dedicated colour and retouching specialist for individual post production. Once editing is complete, every photograph is reviewed once again to ensure consistency and quality throughout the series, before being delivered through your private online gallery.
Each collection includes a defined number of final images, ensuring every photograph meets the same standard.

Our team is drawn to capturing a wide range of important moments, offering personal and family sessions, weddings, and celebrations of different scale, with the same standard maintained regardless of the occasion.
8. How much do sessions cost, and what do collections include?
Sessions start from 1,100€. Once a few details are shared in the Inquire form, our team reaches out with more detailed information on the available collections, each with its own pricing, duration, and content.
9. How is my date secured?
The date is officially secured once a 30% deposit is received, with the remaining balance due as outlined in the contract. The deposit is non-refundable, with rescheduling terms specific to each collection.
10. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and collection are available. During the summer season, earlier booking is advised.

11. When and how will I receive my photos?
Your photographs will be delivered through a private online gallery, with unlimited access to download for 2 years.
Delivery timeline details are shared after your inquiry, together with collection information and an express delivery option.
12. What usage rights come with my photographs?
You receive a full personal use license for your images, with rights to print and share.
13. How does payment and invoicing work?
All payments are processed through Kraskowski Oy, our company registered in Finland. Both the deposit and the remaining balance can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, or PayPal, with an E-invoice option available for clients from Finland.
14. What language do sessions operate in?
Pre-session planning and the session itself are held exclusively in English.
Correspondence and bookings are available in English, Finnish, or Swedish.
